Do you offer fixed import packages?
No. Import requirements differ from one customer and shipment to another. We review your request, identify the required services, and prepare a custom quotation before work begins.
Can you help if I do not have a supplier?
Yes. We can discuss your product requirement and help determine the supplier-search, verification, and import-support steps needed for your request.

Can you arrange inspection or testing?
When a request requires a qualified inspection, testing, audit, or other specialist service, Pacific can help coordinate an appropriate external provider and include the agreed scope and cost in the quotation.

Can I ship less than a full container?
LCL shipping may be possible depending on the origin, cargo type, volume, and service availability.
Payment
Can I pay in Egyptian pounds?
Where applicable, eligible amounts may be calculated in Egyptian pounds using the relevant official exchange-rate information and the applicable costs at the time of confirmation. The quotation will explain the basis used.
